Pumpkin Burger


  • 500 g pumpkin pulp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salad
  • Ketchup
  • burger buns
  • some Pumpkin Seeds
  • some salt


  1. Cut the pumpkin flesh into about 1 cm thick slices and the onion into rings. Lay them alternately in a bowl. Add some soy sauce and olive oil. Leave in the fridge for one day.
  2. Prepare a pot with boiling water, add some salt and the pumpkin slices and let it boil gently for about 10 minutes
  3. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the slices and seeds on both sides.
  4. Serving: Divide the buns. Add slice of salad, pumpkin slices and seeds, then put some ketchup and onion rings on top and put the top of the bun back on top.
