Our organic chickpeas are versatile in the kitchen, offering a fantastic taste as a side dish, in soups, as hummus, or in salads. They are also perfect for making falafel and various spreads when ground. Notably, they boast a high plant-based protein content of 19%. Therefore, chickpeas rank among the top protein sources among legumes.


In the name “Chickpea,” there may be the word “pea,” but it bears little resemblance to the familiar green pea. The chickpea belongs to the legume family and is an annual plant. Although it doesn’t grow very large, as the saying goes, size isn’t always everything. So you can rest assured that the chickpea boasts its true greatness in quality. Its high protein content and versatile applications make this product truly exceptional. To cook, soak our organic chickpeas beforehand – for at least 3-4 hours, ideally overnight. The longer they’ve been soaked, the shorter their cooking time. Once the little spheres are al dente, you can remove them from the pot and enjoy.
