Delivery time depends on the country of destination. Our standard delivery time is as follows: within Austria: 1-2 working days; to Germany: 2-4 working days; to countries within the European Union: 2-6 working days; international delivery: 2-30 working days

When you have placed your order, you will receive order confirmation by email. If possible, the package will be sent off the same day, or on the next working day at the latest. Again, we will inform you of this by email.
If you should pay by advance payment, the package will be sent off only after receipt of payment. If orders have not been paid for within 7 days, you will receive a reminder email. 14 days later we will send you another email. If payment has not been received within 30 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.

VIRGIN means that the oils have not been filtered or refined, that they contain no additives and the raw materials have not been roasted. This is how we produce the pure, typical and characteristic flavour and the natural colour of our oils.

When the Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil PGI is produced, the seeds are roasted and when the organic and virgin pumpkin seed oil is produced, the seeds are not roasted. This results in a difference in the flavour and colour of the seed oil. The organic Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil PGI has a more intense flavour and colour.

Quite simply hang them in the sun and then wash them. Or you can just ignore the spot, go to the disco and you’ll see a pink spot appear under the florescent light!

Where they come from: you will see where the product comes from exactly on the back of the product.

Quality: The green organic insignia on the label shows you whether the product you are buying is organic or not. Furthermore, the name of the verification, testing and certification company is also printed underneath (ours is: AT-BIO 902) and where the organic raw materials come from (e.g. in our case from Austrian farmers).
