In addition, the mix is very balanced in the area of protein and fiber, nutrients that the human body needs every day. But the fruit mix is not only at home in shakes. You can also add the finely ground powder over where flour is. Simply replace 10-20% of the flour and you bring new taste into your meal.

Shake Idea

Add 300ml water or milk (soy or oat milk best) with 30g Fruit Mix to your blender, first the liquid and then the powder. Then mix everything finely until the powder has dissolved well and if you want it to be even more fruity, just spice it up with fresh fruit.
