This gentle process, combined with our collaboration with organic farmers from Austria whom we personally know, results in a uniquely mild flavor. Furthermore, our production is entirely CO2-neutral. Our own hydroelectric power plant generates more energy than we consume, a tradition spanning over 100 years – driven by our commitment to the future.
