Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 cups pureed pumpkin meat
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of single cream
  • 1 cup chopped Pumpkin Seeds
  • a splash of Pumpkin Seed Oil

Preperation

  1. Boil Milk and stir in all ingredients (but the cream and pumpkin seeds) and simmer for about 4 minutes
  2. Leave to cool
  3. Stir in the cream and the pumpkin seeds and put in the freezer
  4. Remove it after a few hours, serve and … enjoy!
