Ich bin begeistert von den veganen Protein-Pulvern aus der Schalk-Mühle, die ich “zufällig” in unserem Bio-Laden entdeckt habe, nachdem ich es schon fast aufgegeben hatte, etwas Vergleichbares zu finden. Einheimische Produkte wie Kürbis, da ist das Protein quasi ein Nebenprodukt bei der Öl-Herstellung: Genial! Schmeckt gut, ist liebevoll hergestellt und ich finde, das schmeckt man auch.
