Our organic Scarlet Runner Beans are sourced entirely from Austria, offering a true culinary delight. While their preparation takes a bit of time, the results are worth it. Simply soak the raw beans in water for several hours, ideally overnight. Discard any beans that float to the top, then boil the remaining beans in fresh water, simmering for about 2 hours until soft. Once cooked, drain the water and enjoy the beans in salads with oil, in risottos, or as a flavorful spread.
