Das ist mein Lieblingsprodukt aller Nahrungsergänzungen geworden. Gerade in meiner Muskelaufbauphase habe ich einen erhöhten Proteinbedarf und mit 25g Pulver und 250ml pflanzlicher Milch nimmt man mindestens 13g Protein zu sich. ( z.b. mit Sojamilch ca 24g Eiweiß/Shake)
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Proteinpulvern ist es auch sehr fein gemahlen und lässt sich gut mischen.
