Our Organic Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil PGI is crafted exclusively from 100% Austrian pumpkin seeds. These seeds are rich in essential minerals and trace elements, including iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc, as well as valuable vitamins A, B, C, D, and E.
Renowned for its high content of unsaturated fatty acids (approximately 80%) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (around 50%), pumpkin seed oil is one of the most prized and healthful plant oils available. Although officially not classified as “healthy,” Styrians have cherished this oil since the 18th century for its diverse uses—ranging from health benefits and lubrication to culinary enjoyment.

Als ich das erste mal den Bericht im Fernsehen über die Gründer der Schalk Mühle sah, habe ich mich entschlossen einmal zu bestellen (ich Liebe Kürbiskernöl). Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, die Qualität und der Geschmack ist kein vergleich zu den Discountern, einfach Super. Das war für mich nicht die letzte Bestellung.
