Organic Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil PGI is made to 100% from Austrian pumpkin seeds. These contain a variety of minerals and trace elements such as iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc, as well as the valuable vitamins A, B, C, D, and E.
Due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids (approximately 80%) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (again approximately 50%), pumpkin seed oil is one of the most valuable and healthiest plant oils. The Styrians are aware of their “medicine” (officially, pumpkin seed oil cannot be labeled as “healthy”), as it has been produced since the 18th century and used in various ways (health, lubrication base, enjoyment).

Als ich das erste mal den Bericht im Fernsehen über die Gründer der Schalk Mühle sah, habe ich mich entschlossen einmal zu bestellen (ich Liebe Kürbiskernöl). Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, die Qualität und der Geschmack ist kein vergleich zu den Discountern, einfach Super. Das war für mich nicht die letzte Bestellung.
