Organic & Raw Hemp Butter

The gentle processing procedure of our hemp-nut mush takes time, uses top-quality hemp-nuts and needs know-how. Our raw hemp-nuts are ground in a particular, gentle production procedure without roasting. This means that our mush contains only hemp-nuts of organic quality and of Austrian origin. No oil is added and all the hemp-seed’s valuable nutrients are preserved and it has an intensive, grassy flavour.

History

“Natural products simply grow out of the earth … “. However, this is not enough. At Schalk Mühle we have set ourselves a goal … we want to ensure that our home-made products are still natural even after the processing procedure has been completed. That is why we decided to use organic hemp-seeds that are grown locally, and after a few attempts we were able to create a special kind of mush. Try it and see for yourself!
