– Sehr gute Qualität (hochwertig verpackt und verarbeitet; geschmacklich relativ neutral) und dazu Bio aus Österreich.
– Finde es etwas grob (im Vergleich zu Weizenmehl), aber die Erfahrung hatte ich bisher auch mit allen anderen Leinsamenprotein /-mehlen. (Lässt sich aber trotzdem zum Backen usw. verwenden.)

Lässt sich wunderbar in verschiedene Mahlzeiten als auch Getränke und vor allem Shakes nach dem Sport unterrühren. Ich verwende es sogar in Kombination mit dem Kürbiskernpulver. Geschmacklich auch eine gute Note und Ergänzung. Bin sehr zu frieden und finde es toll zu wissen, woher es kommt und bei Bedarf sogar hinfahren könnte (Regionalität schätzen und fördern!).
