Organic Mountain Lentils

Organic mountain lentils from Austria are unfortunately still relatively rare, despite the fact that the growing region for these protein-rich legumes is exceptionally well-suited. Diversity exists not only in agriculture, but also on your plate and in your kitchen. The preparation is very similar to other legumes: soak in water for about 3 hours or overnight, then boil in fresh water until the mountain lentils are tender.
