Our organic black cumin oil, sourced from Austria, is particularly recommended for balanced nutrition and is often consumed pure on a daily basis. Spicy and pungent in flavor, our Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil also finds its way into the kitchen, where it is highly recommended for rice dishes in particular. However, we advise against heating it up. Dosage recommendation: one teaspoon per day – before or with breakfast. If the taste is too intense, the oil can also be sweetened with agave syrup.
