Mush, also known as butter, is the secret superstar of the superfoods. For over 30 years we have been gently grinding the nuts and kernels to make a creamy mush. Along with this procedure and the omission of any additives, the butter retains its pure, typical and characteristic flavour and all of the valuable nutrients are preserved. The particularly intensive aroma of pumpkin seeds, sun flower seeds or hemp-nut makes our mush ideal as a spread, in a smoothie, in muesli or in pesto for a tasty pasta dish.
